    The daily service was brilliant. The room was well laid out and modern with excellent windows, had superb experience. The breakfast spread was great, with variety of outstanding options. The staff were amazingly nice and consistently courteous, and the public parking was available.

    I really appreciated the sweet surprise of welcome drinks and snacks when I checked in, and the staff made sure I had everything I needed, even arranging for a doctor when I mentioned my injury. The rooftop pool and sun terrace were perfect. The only minor drawback was the slightly worn furniture, but it didn't take away from my overall great experience. Definitely grab a drink on the rooftop 🍹

    We visited the Picasso Museum and explored the Gothic Quarter. The staff was super attentive, and the Junior Suite had all the comforts we needed. Breakfast was good, and the rooftop restaurant was a highlight with delicious flavors. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for comfort and great service.

    One small downside was that the wait for drinks at the rooftop bar was longer than expected. I think they could improve on that.

    Stayed at serra's for 5 nights and loved it! The grand beautiful double room was spacious and had great amenities. The rooftop bar was a perfect spot for snacks with amazing views. The location was fantastic too, close to all the main activities in the gothic quarter. The service from carla and diego was really good. They were so friendly and helpful.

    From the start, the service was just great, they treated us like royalty with a cute cava and all those little touches, made it special, like chocolates in the room. And that rooftop bar? Amazing cocktails with amazing views, it was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of wandering.
